Our traditional sauna is a key element of the recovery experience at Ydun: designed to support cardiovascular health, improve circulation, and promote muscular recovery after your training session. Regular sauna use has been shown to reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, and improve insulin sensitivity, while also enhancing mood, sleep quality, and heart rate variability.
All members can use the sauna as part of their recovery protocol—whether after a training session or as a standalone reset during the day.
Our cold plunge experience is designed to introduce you to the powerful benefits of deliberate cold exposure—safely and effectively. Cold water immersion has been shown to reduce inflammation, stimulate long-lasting dopamine release, improve mood, and support metabolic health through brown fat activation. It also enhances circulation to vital organs, increases focus, and promotes the production of cold shock proteins that support cellular repair and resilience.
Whether you're building mental toughness or accelerating physical recovery, we recommend daily exposure between 1 to 5 minutes, tailored to your tolerance and experience. It's a fast, impactful way to reset your body and sharpen your mind.
